RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

How It Works

We only accept returns and refunds if the item is not personalised. As majority of our items are personalised to the customers, we cannot accept a return on these, however if you are unhappy with your item, please get in touch with us and we will be able to resolve this issue.

IMPORTANT: It is solely the responsibility of the buyer if an embroidered item of clothing, bag or accessories does not have the desired result visually, as it is their decision on the style of font when purchasing the item. Any other issues with the outcome, we at the Embroidery House, will be happy to assist!

We provide wholesale orders for other small businesses and workwear uniform.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes we do accept custom orders. Our custom book gets full quite quickly so it's always important to book ahead. You can email us or DM us on instagram for a consultation. Our instagram is @theembroideryhouse10

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept major credit and debit cards, Paypal and soon to be Klarna! Keep your eyes peeled.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Yes we do provide gift cards, they can be sent to the person or via email. The minimum charge is £10.00 for the gift card.

SHIPPING POLICY

What You Need to Know

Shipping to the UK - We provide free UK shipping and there is no minimum spend required. We use Royal Mail services i.e 1st class, 2nd class or a tracked service all depending on the item.

Shipping outside of the UK - We do charge a shipping fee to outside of the UK. This service is international standard provided by Royal Mail.
